It is directly related to the stability of aquaculture water quality, the healthy growth of aquaculture organisms and the improvement of overall aquaculture benefits. First, the importance of pipeline design
The core of high-density recirculating aquaculture is to implement a series of efficient treatment measures for aquaculture water bodies and ensure that the treated water can smoothly return to the aquaculture tank. Improper pipeline layout or incorrect connection can expose farmed aquatic products to multiple risks, including but not limited to failure of water purification, inefficient blowdown and inadequate aeration. To put it bluntly, the pipeline is like the "blood vessel" of the system.
Second, circulating water pipeline system
The circulating water pipeline system shall include 5 pipeline systems, such as inlet, return, drainage, oxygenation and water replenishment of the breeding pond, and shall be installed in the pipeline ditch.
1. Water supply pipeline system
The source of water can be through deep Wells or the construction of reservoirs, reservoirs should be located at the high level of the site, the water capacity is about 1/3 of the total aquaculture water, the source water into the aquaculture tank should be precipitated, aerated, filtered, sterilization, etc., to ensure the safety of aquaculture water.
The source water entering the circulating water system can be fed to the micro-filter pool or clear pool through PVC or PE pipe, and the water level probe can be set for automatic water supply.
2, return water pipeline system
It is composed of a return water device and a return water main. The water return device is located outside the aquaculture tank, and the return water main is usually arranged in the pipeline trench.
The return pipe is made of PVC and PE, and the pipe diameter is designed according to the amount of return water. The main return pipe and the side return water branch pipe are connected by diameter reduction, core repair or welding.
3. Water supply pipeline system
The water supply pipe is the water that is purified by the biological filter and returned to the breeding tank. The water supply main is usually set on both sides of the breeding pond, one is located in the pipeline trench, and the other is buried under the channel on the other side of the breeding pond.
In this way, each aquaculture tank has at least 2 water intakes, and the direction of the water intakes enters along the tangential direction of the pool wall, and the water swirl speed is improved without power, which is conducive to the concentration of residual bait and feces in the center of the pool bottom and timely discharge. The water supply pipe has PVC and PE material, and the pipe diameter is selected according to the size of the water return.
4. Drainage pipe system
The drainage pipe is also a sewage pipe, located at the bottom of the pipeline ditch, used for aquaculture pond water drainage, vertical flow precipitator sewage, micro-filter backwashing sewage, biological filter sewage and so on.
The drainage pipe is usually used in Liansu or Huaya drainage pipe, one end of which goes into the outdoor sedimentation tank, and one end is provided with a high-pressure water pump, which is used to regularly flush the dirt in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from being blocked for a long time.
5, air intake oxygen pipeline system
The oxygenation piping system is divided into two parts. The first is to place nano ceramic oxygen increasing disk (the number of placement, according to the system oxygen demand to design) in the tank, through the high pressure PU tube connected to the gas flow meter outside the tank adjustment system (with pressure gauge), and then through PVC pipe or stainless steel pipe connected to the oxygen source - oxygen generator or liquid oxygen tank.
The second is to mix oxygen and water fully through the pure oxygen mixer, through a separate PVC pipeline into the breeding tank, commonly used oxygen cone, pipe type pure oxygen mixer, gas replacement and other devices, but also by the oxygen generator or liquid oxygen tank to provide oxygen source.
